Breathe and Hope is a shawl for our times designed by Casapinka. In order to support local yarn shops, Casapinka is generously offering the pattern free (normally $7.20) to anyone who buys the yarn to make it from a local yarn shop. So, you buy the yarn and the yarn shop (in this case Wool Zone) gives you a code to redeem the pattern from Ravelry.com. But you need to be quick as the offer is for 25 & 26 April 2020 only and expires at midnight Pacific time on Sunday (8 a.m. on Monday morning in the UK if I’ve got my timings right).
Breathe and Hope is a asymmetric, triangular shaped shawl which uses stripes and slip stitch patterns to great effect. To knit it you need 2 x 100g of 4ply (fingering weight) yarn: colour A is variegated or solid and colour B is solid.
You can use any yarns you wish and. if you order any 200g of 4ply yarn, I will email you a code to redeem the pattern. Here are some possible combinations just to get you started:
I can’t wait to see the colours you choose. If you have already got the yarn you need for this project or if you’re reading this after the offer has finished you can, of course, buy the pattern on Ravelry
