Brilliant Customer Service! Woolzone was the only place having a particular type and dye of... read more wool in stock. I did order three balls but unfortunately only two were in stock. Got a call from the owner on how I wanted to proceed, wait until new stock arrived or ship the two items with a later follow on. (I needed the yarn I am knitting a Cardigan for my Wedding) Package arrived one day after I placed my order.
