I made an enquiry (this wool wasn't listed on the website) as to whether she knew where I could source the wool. She happened to have some in stock and responded very quickly and accurately. I paid via paypal with an invoice and received the wool packaged well in good time. Cannot recommend enough

Got a call from the owner on how I wanted to proceed, wait until new stock arrived or ship the two items with a later follow on. (I needed the yarn I am knitting a Cardigan for my Wedding) Package arrived one day after I placed my order.
